How to use LOBSTA
At its core, Lobsta thrives when used with groups of people who build the solutions themselves. There are many ways for people to find their voice within the process, with each viewpoint informing others. If you have a group of alumni, supporters, or constituents, they can all be part of the process to help you get there 100X faster.

FIRST things first - SIGN IN OR Register
Create an account or sign into and join a project!
Join your team Project
Once you sign in, every Big Question will be found in your team’s portal. Join the live discussion or review past projects for insights or to provide async input.
REMEMBER - Participation
is everything
Participate in the group discussion via the chat section – connect with others and share deeper insights as you work to solve the Big Question!
Be a task master
stay on task, hit the target
TASK cards will appear within each project – tap into the TASK card to share your insights and opinions. Every interaction helps us get closer to a solution and along the way you can gather points and earn recognition for your contribution!
Refine. Remix. Resolve
Refine the community plan into concrete ideas
Throughout the process, you will continue to refine and remix the ideas you like best to develop an actionable solution. These can be your own ideas or from the community, each idea can be refined or expanded to develop deep insight and actionable steps.
